For Somagic SMI2021 ChipsetsThe Somagic variant is notoriously difficult. You will need the Somagic 64-bit driver package. Note that these often require a specific initialization firmware that loads every time the device is plugged in.

No Signal/Black Screen: Ensure your cables (Yellow, White, Red) are firmly connected. In your capture software, check that the "Input" is set to Composite or S-Video, matching your physical connection.Audio Sync Issues: Instead of routing audio through the EasyCap (which can lag), try connecting the audio RCA cables directly to your PC's Line-In port using an RCA-to-3.5mm adapter.USB 3.0 Compatibility: Many SM-USB-007 devices struggle with USB 3.0 (blue) ports. Always try a USB 2.0 (black) port first for better stability.

Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
