Call a taxi to visit the shop. Talk to Jason and use your wallet on him to buy the DVD. Use this DVD in your room to level up and gain cash.

Regularly steal money from the purse in the main bedroom to maintain maximum cash.
After setting up the pool outside, sneak into the bedroom on Monday morning to find the swimsuit size (28F). Order the suit via "Milf-World" on the phone. Once it arrives (3-5 days), give it to the character and provide tanning oil ($50 required) to trigger the next level.
Study until your spirit is depleted, then rest until Wednesday. At 8:00 AM, go to the corridor and turn off the heater. Return at 5:00 PM, enter the bathroom, grab the shampoo, and view the bath scene.
Continue studying until you reach "Study 25" in the morning. Talk to the character in the kitchen to receive the taxi number.
Be careful when selecting punishments from characters. For example, some choices can permanently reduce your daily income by half.
