Updated 2023/2024 RostersThe primary draw of Patch 13 is the complete overhaul of player transfers. You will find updated squads for the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1. Beyond Europe, the patch places a heavy emphasis on African leagues and national teams, reflecting the "Startimes" branding which is synonymous with sports broadcasting across the continent.

Download the Patch: Look for the multi-part rar files provided by the community creators.

Option File: This is the most crucial step. Copy the "KONAMI-WIN32PES6OPT" file into your Documents folder (usually under KONAMI > Pro Evolution Soccer 6 > save > folder1). This file contains all the updated player names and transfers.

Backup Your Files: Always copy your original "dat" folder and "kitserver" before applying any mods.

Despite the release of eFootball and EA Sports FC, the "Startimes" series of patches proves that gameplay is king. The simplicity of the PES 6 engine allows for a level of tactical control and "pick-up-and-play" fun that many find missing in modern simulations. With Patch 13, you get the best of both worlds: the perfect mechanical foundation of the mid-2000s paired with the aesthetic and data of the modern era.

Enhanced Graphics and StadiumsPatch 13 pushes the aging engine of PES 6 to its limits. It includes:High-definition kits with accurate sponsors.Realistic face scans for hundreds of modern stars like Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappé.Reimagined stadiums with updated turf textures and atmospheric lighting.Modern scoreboards and adboards that mimic real-life broadcasts.

Improved Gameplay PhysicsMany versions of the Startimes patch include a "gameplay tool" that subtly tweaks the ball physics and player AI. This makes the game feel slightly faster and more responsive, aligning the classic mechanics with a more contemporary pace of play. Installation Guide: How to Get Started

New Sound and AtmosphereThe auditory experience is refreshed with new crowd chants and updated commentary packs. This version often includes localized music in the menus, giving the game a fresh, modern energy that feels miles away from the original 2006 soundtrack.
